State-by-state training requirements, certification standards, and credential portability for direct care roles.

Demand Projections

Projected growth in demand for direct care occupations relative to the aging of the population and the expansion of community-based services.

Geographic Distribution

Distribution of the workforce across urban, rural, and frontier areas, with attention to shortage regions.
